For the Brokenhearted

The thing about those who may be broken in this season or moment, you were not always like this. The enemy 's assignment is to keep you so locked up in pain and hurt that you forget you were once whole. I love the song "Trouble Don't Last Always" And it's true. Trouble does not last forever. The enemy is a liar, He wants you to forget the goodness of the Lord, He wants you to believe this broken place is your permanent address.

But it is not.

I understand disappointment, I understand being misunderstood. I understand silent tears, but I also know a Man ho mends the broken heart. I know a Savior who heals every wound, even the ones no one else sees.

God sees you.

God knows.

God cares.

Even those of you hurting in silence, Heaven has not overlooked you.

The Word says in Psalm 34:18 "The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves the crushed in spirit."

All you have to do is give it to the Lord completely. Not halfway. Not temporary, completely.

Call on the name of the Lord

Remember who you were before the pain

Remember the goodness of God

You will be whole again.
